Nick Wileys Little Big Band
If you're looking for a Band or live music for a party, anniversary or wedding, Nick Wiley's Little BIG Band might be just the band you're looking for.
The band can play quietly enough for guests to comfortably hold a conversation in the same room, but also offer dance music and 'fun pop'.
Band members are very experienced and offer an exceptionally high standard of musicianship. Nick Wiley on digital piano, Sebastian Nicklaus on Roland digital percussion and Ruth Hicks singing.
The music offered by the Band falls mainly into three strands: you can mix and match from these areas and add specific songs of your own which the band will be pleased to play for you. The three musical strands are as follows:
1. Gentle 'swing' and Rat Pack songs such as The Very Thought Of You, Fly Me To The Moon, Is You Is Or Is You Ain't My Baby.
2. Dance/fun pop from bands like The Beatles, Queen, Elton John, Abba(Mamma Mia).
3. Jazz standards and quiet, instrumental music mainly written by Nick Wiley. This music creates more of a 'jazz club' atmosphere.
