Steel Barbershop Quartet
May 2010 saw the 'British Association of Barbershop Singers' annual convention in Harrogate where we are proud to say that 'STEEL' were crowned Gold Medallists
Members are:-
AndyFoz - Tenor - One time tenor with 'Soundcrew' (2003 British champs) and member of Telford chorus. Partner Jacqui sang tenor in ladies 2008 ladies silver medal quartet 'Fizz!' with AndyFun's wife Monica.
Keef - Lead - 2007 champion with 'QED'. His partner, Donna sings with Nooj's partner in the 2007 ladies champion quartet 'Havoc'.
AndyFun - Bass - AndyFun was champ twice, once with 'Soundcrew' with AndyFoz and once with 'Pitch Invasion' (2006). His wife Monica sang bass with AndyFoz's partner Jacqui in the ladies quartet 'Fizz!'. He also sings with Telford chorus.
Nooj - Baritone - With Keef, Nooj won gold in 2007 singing in 'QED'. Nooj's partner, Ali sings with the ladies 2007 champion quartet 'Havoc'. Nooj also directs the ladies association's national chorus 'Coast to Coast' and the ladies chorus 'The Chordettes'.
